Reg and James Cartwright

This website for Reg was set up in collaboration with me, his son James at the start of the Covid Pandemic. As with the rest of the country, Reg's galleries had shut their doors and we were in lockdown. At the age of 83 Reg isn't ready to retire from painting and continues to paint daily. I suggested building this website as a way of increasing Reg's online exposure and giving customers the opportunity of buying a painting directly from the artist - something galleries cannot do. Reg would continue to paint and I would promote and sell his work. Expectations were modest, hopefully sell a painting or two or interest from one of the bigger galleries. In the first month of launching this website we sold 12 paintings - this was proving to be a successful way of working through an unknown future.

These stunning paintings and prints on this website are only available to buy from Reg Cartwright, through his son James who is offering an exceptional, personal and friendly customer service.
